- Gmail/Web Email: Click "Copy" button
- Outlook/Desktop Email: Click "Download HTML" button

📝 Gmail Instructions:
- Click the green "Copy Signature" button above
- Go to Gmail → Settings (⚙️) → See all settings
- In "General" tab, find "Signature" section
- Click "+ Create new" (give it a name like "GXS")
- Paste your signature (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V)
- Scroll to bottom and click "Save Changes"
📧 Outlook Instructions (Using Downloaded HTML):
- Click the blue "Download HTML" button above
- Save the HTML file to your computer
- Open the HTML file in your browser (double-click it)
- Select all the content (Ctrl+A / Cmd+A)
- Copy it (Ctrl+C / Cmd+C)
- In Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures
- Click "New" to create a new signature
- Paste your signature (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V)
- Click "OK" to save
💡 Tip: The HTML file contains your complete signature with all formatting and images.
