How to Install Your Signature in Gmail

  1. Click "View Signature" for your name
  2. Select all content (Ctrl+A / Cmd+A)
  3. Copy (Ctrl+C / Cmd+C)
  4. Go to Gmail → Settings (⚙️) → See all settings
  5. In "General" tab, find "Signature" section
  6. Click "+ Create new"
  7. Paste the signature (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V)
  8. Save changes at the bottom of the page
